Brief Taking
At this stage, Toclint Construction Company Ltd, will have an interactive session with our proposed client to have an idea of what he prefers and to fine tune the brief to produce and also advice the client on the advantages and disadvantages of ambiguous briefs which may result in high cost of construction and also which might be an advantage to the functionality of the structure when completed.
Design
We at Toclint Construction Company have an in house consulting team which handle all our structural and architectural design to perfection.
Also, we take into consideration that in design, it is safety first, then economy with this, we are ready to give our client the best services throughout the conception stage of every construction work.
Construction
Foundation being the fundamental and critical part of every structure, we put great interest and focus providing and executing the best foundation possible for every structure being built not economizing materials and making design standard very important in all project.
We are conversant with different types of foundation works for structures
namely:
shallow foundations: isloated pads, raft foundation, strip and wide strip.
Deep foundation: caisson and pile foundation.
However in all our project we pay a keen eye to all the details.
